Announcement Regarding the FY2018 Community OST Programming Request for Proposals (RFP)

For FY 2018, Mayor Catherine Pugh, in partnership with the Baltimore City Council, has allocated significant funding to invest in out of school time (OST) programs serving youth in grades K‐12, along with “opportunity” youth, aged 18-24.  OST programs provide youth with the opportunity to explore new ideas, build new skills, find new talents, and experience success.  The FY18 Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive OST, single-focused enrichment for K-8, high school and older youth programs (previously administered by the Family League) will be issued by the Mayor’s Office of Human Services with the Baltimore City Foundation serving as the financial intermediary.  More detailed information on the RFP will be available shortly, with an expected release in August, notifications in September and program start dates in October.
